Beloved wonderful, beautiful Souls, I come to you with my deep love and deep compassion. I pour my love and compassion to all beings of the earth, whether you receive it or not, my intention is that of extending enlightenment to all beings, continuously. And if you choose to jump for joy, whenever you feel like, I applaud you.
And I say, as you know very well, that what you focus on you create, I encourage you to focus on what serves you in all moments. And my wish and desire is that, if you have been feeling miserable, just go jump for joy and see what happens!
Most of you don’t know my story. You don’t know what I experienced that helped me to be loving and understanding. Which is my deep compassion. To love truly because you understand what one is going through and has gone through!
You don’t need to know my story of pain and suffering, except to say to you, as far as I am aware, all ascended masters, that you revere went through struggles, hardships, suffering. And through their determination, they mastered their thoughts, their feelings and learned to focus consciously on whatever they chose to create.
What I am saying Beloved Ones, you are on the same journey that we have all been on. As the time goes on, it will get easier, Beloveds. Even when you don’t feel like jumping for joy, just go do it, and see what happens! You may start judging yourself as a fool! Just go do it and see! I bet you will end up laughing! And wondering why you gave yourself such a hard time in the first place!
I realise that some of you may think that there’s no privacy for you to do this. There’s always room my Beloved one. You can imagine yourself jumping for joy, in your mind. Jump as high as you can! How does it feel? Or walk to nature in your neighbourhood, physically jump there. The birds and squirrels will not laugh at you, but you will make yourself laugh!
I love you very, very much. And I want you to rise above all the things that do not serve you. And when you stop and think about it all, is it not better that you make a fool of yourself in your own mind, imagining and visualising yourself jumping for joy! That’s your private space, dear ones, no one else knows what you know and what you are and can be up to, in that space of your own creation and focus! Your Powerful Mind! And you will end up feeling amazingly lighthearted and joyful!
